Product uses
Apply 5 drops to hot/warm water, soak a cloth and wring dry, apply to lower back as a compress 3-6 times a day once the due date has arrived.

Add 5 drops to hot compress and apply directly to the lower back.
Add 2-5 drops to a diffuser for 10 minutes. Replenish as required.
Pre /Postnatal - Calm Birth
Add 2-5 drops to a diffuser for 10 minutes. Replenish as required.
Add 1 drop to the collar as required.
Mix 5 drops to 1 tsp of Untouched Body Cream and massage gently into.
